7.50 (good) Premise was good for a laugh, but things got a little predictable/stale after the first 2 boxsets.

7.50 (good) Bishes! Sunako's chibi voice can get annoying, but love the comedy and character development! This is another series that could have been similar to a Hana Yori Dango, but I love Sunako's goth addiction. She's so creepy, but somehow endearing. I also think that the secondary romance with Noi and Takenaga is deserving of more screen time (and chapters!)

7.50 (good) Interesting film, reminded me of all of those futuristic dystopian stories though...

7.50 (good) So cute! Yotsuba is so adorable and I love the different scenarios...

7.50 (good) Pretty decent storyline. Love Miharu and Yoite's characters.

7.50 (good) I like the character designs and the more seriously storylines (Jack the Ripper, Carnival, etc.) over the comical ones. I wonder if they will cover the Carnival arc in the anime because it's pretty gory and disturbing... Anyways, I love Maylene, Finny, and Bard!

7.50 (good) All the VAs are excellent except for Luffy. Wish he had a deeper voice.

7.50 (good) Yay for Korean drama! This was definitely a guilty pleasure manga full of romance, power-grabs, politics...

7.25 (above average) Entertaining and more cracktastic than Azumanga Daioh, but some of the gimmicks get old after awhile.

7.25 (above average) An intriguing series. I was drawn to the series because of it's rather unique OP sequence. Techno song set against a feudal Japan setting? Awesome. The opening by Immi is super catchy and always great for a run. But I digress. I was not a fan of the art style at first, but I got used to it. The pacing of the series could be a tad faster, but there was some nice character development. I feel this series would have benefited from a faster pace and more backstory for each character. Yaichi still remains somewhat of a mystery.

7.00 (above average) I love the characters, tho i'm not a huge fan of the angels/demons theme recurrent in so many animes.

7.00 (above average) Interesting plot. However, it hints at things early on but doesn't explain them til later, which can get frustrating.

7.00 (above average) All kinds of cracktastic fun. Do not put much thought into the show as you watch or you won't enjoy it as much. I am reading the manga for this series as well and it's one of those times I wish I was able to read Japanese with the same level of comprehension as English. There are apparently so many puns and culture references that fly right over my head when I read...

Gyo

7.00 (above average) I really loved the first manga by Junji Ito (Uzumaki), so Gyo was somewhat of a let-down. It's only 2 volumes (and apparently is going to have an anime~~), but it could have been fleshed out so much more. The ending was really open-ended... and not much of an ending at that.

One-Half Prince

7.00 (above average) A cute series, but I'm not really into RPGs... If you like those kinds of things, that'll be an added bonus to enjoying this manga. I'm not quite a fan of the art style, but there's something about the storyline that keeps me reading the series~~

GE: Good Ending

Last Updated: Jun 27, 2013

7.00 (above average) First part of the story was fantastic. Should've ended there. Then they just kept dragging things out... adding in all the cliche obstacles, making sure all the friends ended up in couples, and combined with one crazy obsessive ex boyfriend. I actually ended up more interested in the couplings with the friends than the main characters... that's never a good sign, which is why I had to drop the score.

7.00 (above average) Underwhelmed. It had potential and I enjoyed it, but the ending was very abrupt. Never having read the original story, I'm not sure if that's how that one ended too, but I think they could've done a bit more with the storyline...

I did enjoy the instrumental music though.

7.00 (above average) Pretty cute series. Reminded me of Pom Poko, except I liked the art style a bit more in this one. Some unanswered questions prevented me from giving this series a higher score.

6.75 (above average) Very confusing first episode... I wish they'd give us more answers instead of giving us more questions.

6.50 (above average) Eh, not really my type of anime... the storyline was okay, but not one of my favorites. The two main characters were really annoying... Kotoko was actually my favorite character in this series. As a whole, i think this anime is HIGHLY overrated.

Monster

6.50 (above average) Probably the most disturbing anime i've ever seen... i think i had nightmares after watching the first 4 episodes...

6.50 (above average) Cute kiddie series. I like the character design for the male character, but that's about it.

6.00 (average) Bishies! What more can I say. If you're looking for an anime with an amazingly touching storyline, this is NOT a series for you. It's based on a dating sim game so the characters aren't too fleshed out (which was a downside since they were all supercute! XD)

5.00 (moderate) Misia is quite annoying... too kiddie for me.

5.00 (moderate) That puppet gets on my nerves. Not my type of series

Hot Gimmick

Last Updated: Dec 28, 2011

5.00 (moderate) So I read this one all the way through despite the fact that it essentially depicted the normalization of an abusive relationship. I was hoping that it would have some kind of redeeming storyline/character development, but it really didn't.
